As per applicable Indian laws, oral medicines containing Schedule E-1 substances must be consumed only under medical supervision.
Accordingly, a valid medical prescription is mandatory for purchasing such products. The prescription serves as confirmation that the product will be used under appropriate medical guidance.
All Sanan medicines offered under this category are Ayurvedic or proprietary wellness formulations. The therapeutic efficacy of these products has not been independently evaluated under modern allopathic clinical trials, as they are governed by traditional medicine frameworks.
2. PRESCRIPTION VALIDITY
- A prescription is considered valid for 120 days from the date of issue.
- Prescriptions older than this period will not be accepted for order fulfillment.
- Sanan reserves the right to reject prescriptions that are incomplete, unclear, expired, or non-compliant with applicable standards.
3. TELECONSULTATION & DATA CONSENT
If you choose to avail online consultation services facilitated through Sanan, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The consulting medical professional may share your personal, medical, and prescription-related information with Sana Relief Initiative LLP solely for the purpose of facilitating your purchase and ensuring compliance.
- Such data will be stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

4. PURCHASE BY CAREGIVERS OR RELATIVES
If you are purchasing products or consulting doctors on behalf of another patient, you confirm and agree that:
- You are a close relative, caregiver, or legally authorized representative of the patient.
- You will provide proof of relationship or authorization if requested.
- You will accurately disclose the patient’s medical condition during consultation.
- The products will be used strictly for the patient’s prescribed treatment and in accordance with the physician’s directions and product labels.
- Sana Relief Initiative LLP shall not be responsible for misuse, incorrect dosage, or outcomes unrelated to the prescribed treatment.

10. PAYMENT, REFUND & STORE CREDIT TERMS
a) Consultation via Sanan Platform
If you purchase products and undergo a consultation facilitated by Sanan, but no prescription is issued, you are eligible for:
- 100% refund, or
- Store credits valid for 12 months, at your discretion
b) External Prescription
If a prescription from an external doctor:
- Is found to be invalid, unclear, or non-compliant after internal due diligence
Then:
- No cash refund will be issued
- You will receive store credits valid for 12 months, usable across the platform
11. LEGAL RIGHTS & DISCRETION
Sana Relief Initiative LLP reserves the right to:
- Update this policy without prior notice
- Restrict product availability
- Refuse service or fulfillment where legally required
